Who we are
Kai is a service in development, run by Maxim Kiryushin, a sole trader based in London, United Kingdom. He is the data controller for the information described here. Contact: [email protected].
What we collect
- Your email address.
- Your answers on the sign-up form: who the service would be for, their age band, whether they live alone, and whether you would start at the price shown.
- Which version of the page you saw and, if you came from an advert, the campaign it came from.
- Anonymous visit statistics from Plausible Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not identify you.
We do not ask for your parent’s name, contact details or any health information on this page.
Why we use it
- To email you about early access and a possible start date.
- To invite some families to a short research conversation, which you are free to decline.
- To understand which offer and price families prefer, in summary form.
Our lawful basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form. You can withdraw it at any time.
Who processes it for us
We use a small number of service providers to run this page: Formspree to receive form submissions, Plausible Analytics for anonymous visit statistics, Google Workspace for email, and Cloudflare to host the site. Some of them may process data outside the UK; where they do, they rely on safeguards recognised under UK data protection law. We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
We keep your details until you unsubscribe, or for up to 12 months after the launch of the service if you do not sign up, and then delete them.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or to stop hearing from us, by writing to [email protected]. Every email we send has an unsubscribe link. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
